Union Minister Shantanu Thakur announced on Sunday that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) will be implemented across the country within the coming 7 days. He said this at a meeting organized in Kakdwip of South 24 Parganas. Thakur also said that this law will be implemented not only in West Bengal but in the entire country within the next 7 days.
